I am thinking of buying one camera but not those dslr one....canon sd 1200 is one of my considerations. Really no ideas which camera to buy.. Anyone who surveys camera quite some time d do tell me ur comment or any other choice of camera.. if possible the price too. .hehe... thank u so much....=)

I am techno-holic.. but i'll like 2 recommend dslr if affordable.. found that di-cam is not that good. i'll try 2 read that article once i'm free.

i go for sony.
go for canon. canon is for compact cameras nikon is for those dslr. don't really like sony coz seen eleen's pics taken by sony cams. my Ixus 90IS is quite good. not sure the equivalent name in US though.
i agree with wat u said about sony... tat one u bought for how much liao har?
round 1k RM lo. in US slightly cheaper. even chunlei and al my friends said not bad. hong zhe 1 also not bad. panasonic lumix
yaya.. my sis also recommend lumix...
i currently use Sony DSC-T20, acty nt bad la, bt night mode quite bad, so thinking of invest in DSLR.
lumix is one of the best for lens. they collaborate with panasonic and panasonic in charge of the body. but if you wanna go for smth safe n quick, canon can nvr be wrong.
don't 4get this function, Wide dynamic range-WDR, and water proof. this 2 might be useful functions.
